APEX Building Maintenance is a commercial cleaning company that has been serving the South Florida market for aver 25 years. They offer office, hospital, learning institution, retail. and post-construction cleaning services. They had a primary goal to increase the total number of new, recurring, monthly contracts to help replenish revenue that had been lost during the post-COVID era. Their secondary goal was to improve their online presence through social media.

We designed a PPC campaign that would strategically target office building owners, property managers, and independent small-medium business owners.

A tracking and follow-up system was created to identify consumer behavior and the performance of each individual marketing medium being used in the overall campaign.

A Meta advertising campaign was designed to target our specific demographic and a consistent social media presence was implemented to support the Meta advertising campaign.
◙ Direct Mail Campaign
A direct mail campaign was developed to target commercial properties within a 50 mile radius of Apex's headquarters. A new customer promotion was developed to help create urgency and increase response rates.

CONCLUSION

By creating a marketing campaign which helped Apex stand out as the leader in their community and it's surrounding areas, we were able to obtain a significant number of walk-thrus and quote requests from small-medium size businesses ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 175,000 sq ft. This resulted in the largest increase in revenue and profits the company has experienced in over a decade.
